Terms of Service

1.  Four Paws Plaza agrees to provide a professional level of service to the client and perform the agreed services in an attentive, dependable and compassionate manner.

2.  Four Paws Plaza only walks a maximum of 5 dogs per group.

3.  Four Paws Plaza is insured by Pet Plan Sanctuary.

4.  All dogs with be subject to an initial meet and greet and trial walk before joining group walks.

5.  In EXTREME circumstances, Four Paws Plaza reserves the right to terminate a service.

6.  ALL dogs walked by Four Paws Plaza will need to wear a collar and tag, an additional tag will be provided to all new clients with company information (walking with Four Paws Plaza and contact details).

7.  Four Paws Plaza expects all owners to be transparent about any concerning behaviours.

8.  CANCELLATION OF WALKS: Four Paws Plaza requires a minimum or 48 hours notice for any cancellation of walks, anything outside of this period walks will be charged in full.

9.  CANCELLATION OF OVER NIGHT PET CARE: ALL holiday deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, if you wish to cancel or amend your holiday booking your deposit will be moved to a future date. You will have 4 weeks prior to your existing booking to notify me of any changes. Anything outside of this period, deposits will be lost.

10.  Four Paws Plaza required 50% deposit so secure holiday dates, remaining 50% payable at the end of holiday.

11.  Four Paws Plaza WILL not walk females in heat or pregnant.

12.  The Client agrees to notify Four Paws Plaza immediately of any unwelcome aggressive, procreative or dangerous behaviour to any other dog or individual.

13.  The Client accepts that even though their dog is vaccinated against Bordetella (kennel Cough) there is a chance that their dog can still contract Kennel Cough. The Client Agrees not to hold Four Paws Plaza Responsible is contracted during a provided service.

14.  Four Paws Plaza reserves the right to refuse admission if the client fails to provide adequate proof of vaccinations.

15.  The Client agrees to take any necessary measures or precautions to ensure their dog is continuously free of contagious infections or otherwise communicable diseases. The client agrees to notify Four Paws Plaza immediately of any infections or contagious diseases. Four Paws Plaza has the right to refuse admission until satisfied that the condition is resolved.

16.  The Client consents to their dog being photographed, videotaped and used for any social media or advertising without prior approval.

17.  The Client agrees to ensure their dog has not eaten in the hour before pick up by Four Paws Plaza to ensure sufficient time to digest food before exercise or play. Failure to do so may result in life-threatening condition BLOAT (Gastric Torsion).

18.  If your not a member of Four Paws Plaza and require holiday walks, SOLO walks only will be offered.

19.  Four Paws Plaza charge £5 for key collection if not delivered by the client before job is due to commerce.
